There have been various amounts of ethnic discrimination throughout Northern Europe and is not a very new thing that has been going on for a while. A majority of the complaints come from Ireland which seems to have a lot of of African American discrimination, In fact i have seen a lot of complaints coming from Ireland involving ethnic discrimination and inequality. A separatist movement that is happening in Finland wants to exclude themselves from the "Euro Zone". Explaining the ethnic distribution there are a lot of Russians but there are mostly people that are actually born in that country that live there.
As you can see here the whites take up the majority if the ethnic diferentiation in Northern Europe. The other majority of Europe is a lot of pepole that were born in the actual country. Europe does not seem to have a lot of immagrints or new comers. Russian seem to be located in a lot of places but just in small numbers.
